Great concept, but app doesnt work.

I bought this app for $.99 and then bought the in-app package purchase for $7.99. The app has a lot of functions that I have been looking for in an alarm clock and cant find. However, the app doesnt work correctly. The weather doesnt update. It sits and spins saying "updating" for a long time. Finally updates rarely, but the temperature on the interface doesnt match the temperature on the weather part of the app. I set the alarm to wake me up to a song on my music app but that doesnt work either. The alarm does sound, but its just a standard ring.
I have emailed the company with no response back.
